Ed Newman, President
As President of The Newman Group, Ed Newman is a recognized leader in the talent management arena. Over the past ten years, he has led the development and implementation of numerous recruiting and HR technology deployments and strategic talent management initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, including Accenture, Johnson & Johnson, WellPoint, and Honda of America.

For the last ten years he has provided consulting services to help companies in the area of recruiting and talent acquisition strategy, implementation of talent management best practices, recruiting process assessment and the effective use of technology. From his experience and deep subject matter expertise, he has developed a consulting methodology that has proven extremely effective in helping companies determine actionable strategies for aligning people, processes and technology.

Prior to starting The Newman Group, Ed held several leadership positions at Spherion and R.D. Raab & Co, where he managed the recruiting function for SAP America. He was also the director of employment and corporate human resources at PRC, Inc. (acquired by Northrop Grumman). He is considered a thought leader in the industry, with many articles published on the Electronic Recruiting Exchange, IHRIM link, and leading trade publications.

Kelly Cartwright, VP of Marketing and Business Development
As VP of Marketing and Business Development for The Newman Group, Kelly Cartwright has more than fourteen years of experience in the sales and delivery of recruiting strategy and technology services to Fortune 500 companies. Through the development of marketing strategy, management of customer relationships and oversight of communications and sales, she plays an integral role in the company's continuing growth and success as a provider of talent management consulting services.

Prior to joining The Newman Group, Kelly was Vice President of TeamRewards,  providers of an employee referral and applicant tracking solution offered by CareerRewards, Inc. She also acted as CEO through the acquisition of the TeamRewards technology by Manpower Professional. Prior to TeamRewards, she helped lead the development and implementation of an outsourced recruiting business model for recruiting and human capital management consulting firm Knowledge Workers, Inc. While there, she managed a variety of large outsourced recruiting engagements for companies such as 3com, First Union Bank and Convergent. During her tenure, the company grew from a fifteen-employee start-up to a multi-million dollar enterprise.

Before joining Knowledge Workers, Kelly held management positions with two of the nation's largest national staffing services firms. Kelly is a member of the national advisory board of the Human Capital Institute, the National Association of Female Executives, and the American Marketing Association.

Dave Marzo, VP, Solutions Architecture
As VP, Solution Architecture, Dave Marzo is widely recognized by Fortune 500 companies for his experience in the execution of recruiting and talent management initiatives. His expertise includes all facets of strategic development and project execution, including management of large-scale projects and the development of communications, change management and training strategies.

In addition to strategic expertise, Dave also has deep experience in recruiting technology, from planning and implementation to post-implementation optimization.  He has been instrumental in the success of recruiting and talent management initiatives for a variety of global clients, including Merrill Lynch, XEROX, Northrop Grumman, Accenture Consulting, MetLife, Verizon Wireless and General Motors, among others.

Prior to joining The Newman Group, Dave led several major recruitment initiatives working with world-class companies such as SAP America, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Siebel Systems. Additionally, he has authored, developed, implemented, and delivered several recruiter-based training programs. He has been invited to speak at several academic and industry events with a focus on the alignment of people, process and technology. Dave maintains his CPC and is an active member of NEHRA/SHRM.

Victor Atsinger, VP of Technical and Support Services
Victor Atsinger has over 12 years of experience with Human Resource Information Systems and Talent Management Systems, with a focus on custom metric and reporting systems, data integrations and data migrations.

With The Newman Group, Victor is directly involved in the management of system integrations, and has led large-scale system implementations. He has designed and developed multi-database consolidations, and he developed a custom methodology for metric design, capture and reporting. Some of his clients include: General Motors, Disney Corporation, Honda, Nike, BASF, Honeywell, EMC Corporation, Darden Restaurants and other Fortune 2000 companies.

Prior to joining The Newman Group, Mr. Atsinger worked as an HRIS Manager for a large Fortune 500 Company. He was responsible for the evaluation, selection, implementation and management of a large-scale recruitment and staffing initiative. Additionally, Mr. Atsinger has spoken nationally and has been published in the Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE).

Colleen Fullen, VP of Operations
Since joining The Newman Group in 2006, Colleen Fullen has played key roles in talent management solution implementations, as well as training programs, data conversions and integrations to HRIS systems. Her experience in the strategic use of information, teamwork and technology has helped her build successful relationships with clients such as Emory University, Emory Healthcare and The Irvine Company.

Prior to joining The Newman Group, Colleen was the Client Services Director at Kenexa (formerly Webhire) where she managed a team of project managers and software development resources. She held responsibility for implementation and integration consulting, project management and career site development services, as well as daily project operations and resource allocation. Prior to Kenexa, she held multiple Project and Product Engineer positions within AMP, Inc.

As VP of Operations, Colleen today applies her extensive experience in operations and client-facing engagements to ensure the continued high level of service and expertise that customers have come to expect from The Newman Group.
