As the owner of Ay Em Consulting, she is certified in Title IX, Title VII, ADA, behavioral intervention, VAWA, the Clery Act, and other related federal regulations and laws impacting higher education. Previously a trial lawyer, Martinez focused on labor and employment law, as well as complex litigation matters. Additionally, Martinez has served as EEO/Title IX Coordinator, Director of Student Conduct, and Student Conduct Case Manager, bringing a well-rounded, student-centered perspective to her work.
