Christina Graziano

Senior Consultant, TNG; Senior Resolution Officer, FAIR Center

Christina Graziano is a Senior Consultant with TNG and ATIXA, bringing more than a decade of experience in higher education law, civil rights compliance, and institutional strategy. She consults nationally with colleges, universities, and K-12 institutions on Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA/504, and Clery Act compliance, with a particular focus on building proactive systems that foster prevention, transparency, and trust.

Before joining TNG, Graziano served as General Counsel, Vice President for Strategy, and Title IX Coordinator at Assumption University, where she oversaw the full range of legal, governance, and regulatory matters for a Catholic liberal arts institution. In that role, she led the University’s civil rights and compliance functions, modernized Title IX and discrimination policies, and strengthened cross-campus partnerships between student affairs, campus police, and academic leadership to ensure a coordinated and trauma-informed institutional response to misconduct. She also directed the University’s ten-year strategic planning process, aligning legal compliance, mission, and strategic growth priorities across all divisions.

Graziano’s expertise includes sexual and gender-based misconduct, harassment and discrimination investigations, disability accommodations, civil rights program development, and compliance training. She has extensive experience designing equitable adjudication procedures, conducting compliance audits, and providing interim leadership as Title IX or civil rights coordinator for institutions in transition. In addition, she advises clients on board governance, policy development, and institutional risk management.

A nationally recognized speaker and writer, Graziano has presented at conferences for the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA), the Boston Bar Association, and the Worcester Chamber of Commerce. Her recent presentations include “Implementing Preventative and Proactive Best Practices in Title IX Adjudication and Administration at Small Colleges” and “AI and Higher Education: Practical Advice for In-House Counsel.”
