James J. Wilkerson, J.D., M.A., is a national advocate, educator, and speaker on sexual assault prevention, healthy masculinity, and bystander intervention, with a particular focus on fraternity and sorority life. He also coordinated the university’s Green Dot Bystander Intervention Program.

Wilkerson is a three-time TEDx speaker and the author of two Amazon best-selling books in the Gender and Law category, The Title IX Guy and Consent Is _____: The Things They Didn’t Teach You in Sex Ed. At the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, he teaches his signature course, Advanced Issues in Criminal Law: Sex Offenses, as well as a Title IX seminar.
