“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experiences… ” Helen Keller
Tim Cason is a Senior Consultant at TNG and Vice President of NABITA. He supports institutions in behavioral intervention, case management, student conduct, Title IX, and other civil rights laws. His professional experience spans K-12, higher education, and adult learning environments, with a strong emphasis on supporting community colleges and other post-secondary institutions. In this capacity, he led the student conduct process, chaired the CARE Team, and oversaw the administration of a student emergency assistance fund. His previous experience also includes roles in student conduct at Wichita State University and the University of South Carolina.
Cason is known for his inquiry-driven approach, asking thoughtful and strategic questions that help clients navigate decisions through a menu of well-reasoned options, rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions. His work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, trust, clear communication, and a commitment to shared ownership among strong teams.
